From the women's side of the church -- getting married and having kids is not always so possible, no matter what we may think about it. Between fewer men than women, few single adults in the church to start with, and different vocational opportunities for ministry-minded men and women (home vs. overseas), women can find easily themselves in "no-man land". Appreciate your investment into men's lives.

Perhaps the lament of the boomer parents who would now do anything to trade the busyness of thier child rearing years for a few more family dinners and time with their kids will be replaced by the upwardly mobile girl who will get to the end of the same path and realize what all those boys, who became dads and now are living their final chapter and reflecting, did. None of them wished they had more time at the office or a bigger career.
